Puebla Youth Program Offers 9,582‑Peso Monthly Stipend Under Jóvenes Construyendo el Futuro

The federal Jóvenes Construyendo el Futuro program, administered by the Secretaría del Trabajo y Previsión Social (STPS), will provide a monthly stipend of 9,582 pesos to eligible young people in Puebla. Applicants must be 18‑29 years old, not currently enrolled in any educational program, and not formally employed. Registration is open year‑round through the official online portal, where candidates submit personal data, CURP, proof of residence, and a photo. After registration, a temporary folio number and password are issued.

Linkage to a workplace or training center begins in August, when the stipend activation phase starts and a catalog of vacancies becomes available. The program aims to integrate thousands of youths into the labor market through practical training in companies, workshops, and businesses, while also providing social security benefits.
