Mexico's SHCP updates anti-money laundering regulations

The Mexican Ministry of Finance and Public Credit (SHCP) has published modifications to the rules for preventing and detecting money laundering and the financing of illicit acts. These changes apply to the Federal Law for the Prevention and Identification of Operations with Resources of Illicit Origin.
