Mexico’s Soledad Mayor Juan Manuel Navarro Ranked Among Top 22 Municipal Leaders

Juan Manuel Navarro Muñiz, the mayor of Soledad in the Mexican state of San Luis Potosí, achieved a 55.2 % approval rating and entered the top 22 of the MITOFSKY ranking of Mexico’s most‑evaluated mayors for June 2026, moving up eight places in two months.

In Colombia, the administration of Padilla led by mayor Aidé Romero Gonzalias received a 2.9 % score in the 2025 Efficacy Measurement by the Departamento Nacional de Planeación (DNP), placing the municipality well below the average for its category and highlighting inconsistencies in reported financial data.
