M&G Investments appoints Jen Braswell as Global Head of Impact

M&G Investments has appointed Jen Braswell as the Global Head of Impact for its £83bn private markets business. This newly created role is designed to accelerate the growth of the firm’s impact investing platform and strengthen its ability to originate, manage, and scale investments for institutional clients.

Braswell will focus on driving product innovation, strategic partnerships, and advancing the firm’s approach to impact assessment, measurement, and governance. She will work across private credit, infrastructure, real assets, and private equity, with specific emphasis on climate, financial inclusion, sustainable food systems, and social infrastructure.

Braswell has served as a senior impact adviser to responsAbility, M&G’s specialist emerging markets investing business, since January 2026. In her new capacity, she will continue to advise the responsAbility executive management team. Previously, she was the Managing Director of Global Impact at EQT and held leadership roles at British International Investment. She will report to Emmanuel Deblanc, Chief Investment Officer of Private Markets at M&G.
