MGM China posts record half‑year revenue and announces suite renovations at MGM Macau

MGM China Holdings Limited reported record net revenue of HK$17.4 billion for the six months ended 30 June 2026, up from HK$16.7 billion a year earlier. Adjusted EBITDA was HK$4.8 billion, a slight decline from the prior period. Daily gross gaming revenue rose 5% year‑on‑year to MOP 111 million and average daily visitation increased 9% to 115,715 guests, giving the group a market share of about 15.9% in Macau. Liquidity stood at roughly HK$24.7 billion.

The company said it will renovate about 100 suites at MGM Macau to sharpen its positioning. Earlier in the period MGM COTAI completed a conversion that added nearly 60 Prime Wellness Suites, and MGM Macau opened the Chatterbox Café. MGM China also agreed to acquire MGM Asia Pacific Limited, bringing eight hotels, more than a dozen projects across mainland China and access to over 1.5 million Mlife loyalty members.

These moves aim to strengthen MGM China’s competitive edge as Macau’s gaming market continues to recover.
