MGM+ releases second season trailer for ‘The Institute’

MGM+ has released the trailer and official key art for the second season of ‘The Institute’, a series based on the novel by Stephen King. The new season is scheduled to premiere on November 8.

Following the events of the first season, the story follows Luke Ellis and his friends as they attempt to find a way to permanently dismantle the Institute after their escape from Dennison. The plot involves the Director attempting to rebuild the organization with the assistance of Nolan Reeves, a tech billionaire portrayed by Alfie Allen. Concurrently, the fugitive Ms. Sigsby seeks a way to return to the facility.

The production features a cast including Joe Freeman as Luke Ellis, Ben Barnes as Tim Jamieson, and Mary-Louise Parker as Ms. Sigsby. The series is directed by Jack Bender and written by Benjamin Cavell.
