MGM Shenzhen Prince Bay opens in Shekou

MGM Shenzhen Prince Bay officially opened on 10 September in the Shekou district of Nanshan. Located at the maritime gateway of the Guangdong–Hong Kong–Macao Greater Bay Area (GBA), the waterfront hotel is connected via the Shekou Cruise Home Port, providing access to major cities within a 60-minute connectivity circle.

The property is situated within a cultural precinct that includes the Sea World Culture and Arts Center and K11 ECOAST. It features 298 ocean-view guest rooms and suites, including terrace suites, sky suites, and a presidential suite. The design, led by GP Architects and LTW Designworks, utilizes a ‘waterfront garden’ theme inspired by classic MGM cinema.

Pansy Ho, Chairperson and Executive Director of MGM China Holdings Limited, stated that the hotel serves as a stage where the company’s hospitality meets the dynamic spirit of Prince Bay to create a unique urban harbor living experience.
