MGMC 2026 summit in Moscow to offer MICE tourism expansion opportunities
The fourth Meet Global MICE Congress (MGMC 2026) is scheduled to take place in Moscow, Russia, on December 16-17, 2026. Organized by the Moscow City Tourism Committee, the event is expected to attract over 3,000 delegates and industry professionals from more than 40 countries.
The congress aims to provide MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) businesses, particularly those from Vietnam, with opportunities to connect with international partners and expand into markets within the BRICS bloc and the Global South, including parts of Asia, Africa, and Latin America. The event will feature a trade exhibition with over 150 exhibitors to facilitate direct networking between service providers and high-level corporate buyers.
Under the theme “Decoding MICE Success: From Ideas, Tools to Practical Results,” the program will focus on four main pillars: MICE DNA (destination marketing and talent management), MICE LAB (data analysis, AI, and digital solutions), MICE PULSE (sales strategy and investment), and MICE BRAIN (practical training models). Specific discussions will address the integration of artificial intelligence, automation, and data-driven decision-making in the event industry, as well as the complexities of entering BRICS+ markets, including cross-border payments and exchange rate risks.
