MIA 2026 opens press accreditation for audiovisual market in Rome

The Mercato Internazionale Audiovisivo (MIA) has officially opened press accreditation requests for its 12th edition, scheduled to take place in Rome from October 19 to 23, 2026. The event will offer both in-person attendance and remote access via the MIA Digital platform.

As a major international hub for the audiovisual industry, the market brings together professionals from cinema, television series, documentary, animation, and entertainment sectors. The event focuses on business development, networking, and project financing, allowing producers to seek international partners and investors.

The 2026 edition is supported by several institutions, including the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, ICE-Agenzia, the Ministry of Culture, and Creative Europe MEDIA. It also holds the patronage of Eurimages, the Council of Europe's fund for supporting European cinematographic works.
