Influencers Braden Peters, known as Clavicular, and Hexumlite have gone viral following a failed attempt to apply “looksmaxxing” dating theories to men at a gay beach in Miami.

Looksmaxxing is an online subculture focused on maximizing physical attractiveness through methods ranging from grooming and fitness to extreme and potentially harmful practices like “bonesmashing” or unsupervised hormone use. During the encounter, the creators used specific terminology, such as discussing “hypergamy” and identifying as “bulls” or “tops,” while attempting to “cold approach” strangers.

The interaction resulted in repeated rejections, with one beachgoer noting that the influencers were on the “wrong beach.” The footage has garnered millions of views online, highlighting the disconnect between the influencers' hyper-masculine self-improvement theories and the audience they approached.
