Miami culinary events expand with Miami Spice extension and seafood festival
Miami is hosting several culinary events this October. The Miami Spice initiative, organized by the Greater Miami Convention & Visitors Bureau, has been extended through October 31. Participating restaurants will offer special prix-fixe menus, with an updated list of establishments available on the official website. Participating locations include several in Miami Beach, such as Jaya at The Setai and Ocean Grill, as well as options in the Upper East Side and Aventura.
Additionally, the South Beach Seafood Festival is scheduled to take place from October 21 to 24 at Lummus Park in Miami Beach. The four-day event features various activities, including a VIP Chef Showdown where 18 chefs compete in head-to-head duels, and the Seafood Slam, which showcases dishes from over 40 restaurants. The festival also includes bartender competitions and live music.
