Miami cultural and media initiatives launch in Little Havana and on radio
New cultural and media programming is launching in Miami to highlight the city's music and nightlife scenes. In Little Havana, the venue Hoy Como Ayer is debuting 'CULTURA POPULAR', a monthly live discussion series curated by journalist Leonor C. Suárez. The inaugural session, titled 'Salsa Evolution', will feature industry figures including producer Omer Pardillo-Cid, producer Motiff, and Puntilla Music CEO Claudio Pairot to discuss the history and global impact of salsa music.
In the media sector, The Miami Guide is launching a morning takeover on Revolution 93.5 FM. Airing daily from 9 to 10 AM, the program will provide editorial recommendations on dining, nightlife, and local events. The initiative aims to bridge the gap between Miami's dance music culture and its broader hospitality and tourism industries.
