Miami dining scene features Michelin stars and major fall openings

Miami’s culinary landscape continues to expand with significant new openings and established Michelin-starred institutions maintaining their status in 2026.

Among the city’s top-rated dining destinations are L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon in the Design District, which remains the only two-Michelin-star restaurant in Miami, and Thomas Keller’s Surf Club Restaurant in Surfside. Other notable establishments include Le Jardinier and Contessa Miami.

The fall season will see several highly anticipated openings, including the October 8 launch of Bazaar Meat by José Andrés at the Andaz Miami Beach. This theatrical steakhouse will feature global meats paired with inventive seafood and cocktails. Additionally, the Brickell neighborhood will welcome Granado’s, a new smash burger spot, on October 2.
