Miami Dolphins claim Jared Wayne and release Mazi Smith

The Miami Dolphins have made several roster adjustments, claiming wide receiver Jared Wayne off waivers from the Houston Texans. To facilitate these moves, the team waived wide receiver Ryan Miller.

Additionally, the Dolphins signed defensive lineman Jordan Jefferson to their practice squad and released defensive tackle Mazi Smith from the practice squad. Smith, a former first-round pick by the Dallas Cowboys in 2023, previously played for the New York Jets before joining Miami's practice squad.
