Miami Dolphins make three roster moves, place kicker on IR

The Miami Dolphins have announced three roster changes, including placing kicker Zane Gonzalez on injured reserve. Because Gonzalez cannot return from injured reserve this season, the team is expected to rely on Riley Patterson for the starting kicker role.

Additionally, the Dolphins have signed free agent cornerback Nick McCloud and waived undrafted running back Anthony Hankerson. McCloud, a 28-year-old former Notre Dame player, previously played for the Bengals, Giants, and Bears.
