Miami Dolphins place rookie WR Chris Bell on injury list ahead of 2026 training camp
The Miami Dolphins have placed third‑round rookie wide receiver Chris Bell on the active/non‑football injury list as the team prepares for its 2026 training camp. Bell, a Louisville standout who tore his ACL, is expected to continue his rehabilitation and will not be available for the start of camp.
The move comes during a broader roster overhaul. Miami enters the 2026 season with a new general manager (Jon‑Eric Sullivan), a new head coach (Jeff Hafley) and a new quarterback (Malik Willis). The roster is loaded with young and unproven players, including a detailed preview of the tight‑end group featuring Greg Dulcich, Will Kacmarek, Ben Sims and others, as well as several draft selections and recent contract moves.
