Miami Dolphins reshape roster for 2026 season

The Miami Dolphins have built their offensive core around Pro Bowl running back De’Von Achane, who logged 1,350 rushing yards and became a top receiving threat last season. He is complemented by power runner Ollie Gordon II and speedster Jaylen Wright, giving the team multiple rushing options.

The offseason also saw linebacker Tyrel Dodson, claimed off waivers, enter the final year of a $6.25 million contract after posting 129 tackles in 2025. He will vie for playing time with second‑round pick Jacob Rodriguez and other defensive rookies in Jeff Hafley’s scheme. General manager Jon‑Eric Sullivan and head coach Hafley entered training camp with a 91‑player roster that includes rookie tight end Seydou Traore from the International Player Pathway Program.
