Miami Dolphins reshape wide receiver roster as Tyreek Hill eyes Chiefs
The Miami Dolphins are expected to cut veteran wide receiver Terrace Marshall Jr. Analyst Alain Poupart predicts a 53‑man roster that will keep six receivers, leaving Marshall off the team. Marshall, a former second‑round pick by the Carolina Panthers, has bounced between the 49ers, Raiders and Eagles without making a regular‑season roster since 2025.
Former Dolphin Tyreek Hill, released after a season‑ending knee injury, is a top free‑agent target. A Kalshi prediction market shows a 28% implied chance that he will sign with the Kansas City Chiefs, ahead of interest from Miami, the Los Angeles Chargers, Denver Broncos and Baltimore Ravens. Hill has also hinted at retirement after ten seasons.
