Miami Dolphins sign defensive tackle Fatorma Mulbah

The Miami Dolphins have added defensive tackle Fatorma Mulbah on a one‑year contract. Mulbah, a 6‑foot‑4, 306‑pound interior lineman, spent the previous season on the New York Jets practice squad and had a brief stint in the United Football League. The signing comes after head coach Jeff Hafley announced that defensive end Rene Konga will miss the entire 2026 season with a season‑ending injury, prompting the Dolphins to bolster depth on the defensive line.

Mulbah played college football at Penn State before transferring to West Virginia, where he started 26 games, recorded 75 tackles and 7.5 tackles for loss. He joins a Dolphins defensive front that already includes seven other linemen, providing a run‑stuffer who can occupy blockers and help the linebackers.

The move is part of Miami’s effort to improve interior defensive line play ahead of training camp and the upcoming preseason.
