Miami Hard Rock Cafe Bartender Assault Leads to Police Manhunt

Bartender Nicky Roberts was attacked twice by a customer at the Hard Rock Cafe in Bayside Marketplace, downtown Miami. The confrontation began when Roberts told the patron to stop eating drink garnishes from an employee‑only station. The man, who later claimed to be a veteran with PTSD, returned about 30 minutes later and shoved Roberts to the floor, causing a concussion, bruises and a broken tooth that required emergency dental work.

Surveillance video of the incident has been circulated online, and Miami police are reviewing the footage and seeking the suspect. As of the latest reports, no arrest has been made and detectives have not publicly identified the attacker.
