Miami Hurricanes face Clemson Tigers in Week 5 matchup

The No. 4 ranked Miami Hurricanes are set to face the Clemson Tigers in a Week 5 matchup at Memorial Stadium on October 3, 2026. Miami enters the contest with an undefeated 4-0 record, led by quarterback Darian Mensah, who has completed 88.7 percent of his passes. The Hurricanes' offense is noted for its high efficiency, while their defense has allowed an average of only 9 points per game.

Clemson, currently 3-1, seeks to rebound from a significant loss to LSU. The Tigers' offense is led by running back Gideon Davidson, who has recorded 346 rushing yards this season. Analysts suggest Miami holds a significant advantage in the trenches, particularly against Clemson's offensive line.

Weather conditions may impact the game, with a forecast indicating a high probability of rain. Such conditions could potentially limit Miami's highly ranked passing attack and force a heavier reliance on their ground game, led by Mark Fletcher Jr.
