Miami luxury developers unveil new penthouse collections

Luxury residential developments in Miami are unveiling high-end penthouse collections. At Cipriani Residences Miami in Brickell, developer Mast Capital has listed two crown penthouses: The San Marco, priced at $33 million, and The Torcello, listed at $19.8 million. The 80-story tower is reportedly 85% sold, with delivery expected in summer 2027.

Separately, Faena Residences Miami has introduced a $250 million collection of residences located between the 62nd and 67th floors of its two-tower development along the Miami River. Developed by Fortune International Group and KAR Properties, the project features Sky Villas, Sky Lofts, and penthouses. The development includes a 45,000-square-foot private club, Faena Rose, and various wellness and marine concierge services.
