Micaela Schäfer vows to end beauty surgeries after 11 operations

German reality‑TV personality Micaela Schäfer, 42, has undergone eleven cosmetic procedures over the years, including breast augmentations, a nose job, a chin implant, a Brazilian butt lift, and multiple facial treatments. In a recent interview with the streaming platform Joyn, where she currently appears in the series "Dschungel Divas," she announced that she will no longer have any further operations. Schäfer said she is "tired of the pain and the downtime" and wants to focus on sport, a balanced diet and facial care instead.

She explained that many of the surgeries were performed free of charge because surgeons sought the publicity her celebrity status could provide. Only the first breast augmentation and the initial nose correction were paid for by her. Schäfer does not regret the past procedures and reports no health problems, but she now intends to live without pursuing further surgical perfection.
