Michał Kołodziejczak faces investigation over allegations of violence and drug use

Polish MP Michał Kołodziejczak, a former Deputy Minister of Agriculture, is facing serious allegations of violence, mobbing, and coercion following reports by Kanał Zero. Former female colleagues have accused him of aggressive behavior, intimidation, and providing intoxicating substances, which one witness claimed he presented as cocaine.

The Warsaw District Prosecutor's Office has launched verification proceedings to investigate potential coercion and the provision of intoxicating substances. In response, the Civic Coalition (KO) has immediately suspended Kołodziejczak from his club rights, with party officials stating that he may face permanent expulsion if he fails to provide adequate explanations.

Kołodziejczak has denied all allegations, labeling them as slanderous. He has taken legal action by filing a notification of suspected crime at the Internal Security Agency (ABW) in Łódź, accompanied by detective Krzysztof Rutkowski. The ABW has referred his notification to the Łódź District Prosecutor's Office for further analysis.

Additional women have reportedly come forward to share accounts of his behavior, including allegations of death threats and manipulation. Meanwhile, political opponents have called for the stripping of his parliamentary immunity, and members of the Rozwoju Plus party have announced inspections at the Ministry of Agriculture to investigate potential misconduct during his tenure.
