Michał Moskal faces investigation over asset disclosures and Zondacrypto ties

Michał Moskal, a rising member of the Law and Justice (PiS) party, is facing scrutiny regarding his financial disclosures and past associations. The Central Anticorruption Bureau (CBA) is currently investigating Moskal after he failed to include a 720,000 PLN apartment in his original asset declaration, only adding the property via a correction in May 2026.

In addition to the property disclosure issue, Moskal is facing political pressure following his involvement in the Zondacrypto affair. Reports highlight a meeting in Ibiza in August 2025 between Moskal and Przemysław Kral, the former head of the Zondacrypto exchange. While Moskal maintains that the meeting was intended to discuss potential support for a foundation conference and that no funds were exchanged, the incident has become a significant political burden for him within his own party.
