Michał Żuk shines in debut for Spain U18 national team
Michał Żuk, a 17-year-old midfielder from the FC Barcelona academy, has made a strong debut for the Spanish U18 national team. Replacing the injured Ebri Tunkary, Żuk has recorded two goals and one assist in two matches. He scored in his debut against Saudi Arabia and contributed both a goal and an assist in a match against Uzbekistan.
Born in Blanes, Spain, to a Polish family, Żuk has represented Spain at the U15, U16, and U17 levels. His brother, Miłosz Żuk, also plays in the Barcelona system at FC Damm. While the Polish Football Association (PZPN) has monitored the brothers and previously invited them to training camps, the players have continued to develop within the Spanish youth setup.
