Michał Wiśniewski's Divorce Case Continues as Warsaw Court Holds Second Hearing

On 6 July, the Warsaw District Court conducted the second hearing in the divorce proceeding of Polish pop‑star Michał Wiśniewski and his wife Pola Wiśniewska. Neither party attended; both were represented by lawyers. The hearing focused on temporary arrangements for child contact and the use of the couple’s shared apartment.

Wiśniewski’s attorney, Joanna Malec, said the court’s decision aligned with their arguments and expressed satisfaction. Pola Wiśniewska’s lawyer, Justyna Nowak‑Trojanowska, noted that the full wording of the ruling will be known only after publication in the court portal. The case remains unresolved, with no new trial date set, and may extend over several years.

The dispute involves Wiśniewski’s six children from previous relationships and the current marriage, highlighting the complexity of custody and visitation arrangements in a high‑profile Polish family.
