Michael Aswell Jr. defeats Joo-Sang Yoo at UFC 331

Michael Aswell Jr. secured a split decision victory over Joo-Sang Yoo during the UFC 331 preliminary card at the Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles. The win allowed the Texas native to snap a two-fight losing streak.

Following his victory, Aswell requested assistance from commentator Joe Rogan to re-enter the arena to support his close friend and ‘brother’, Joshua Van. Van was scheduled to defend his UFC flyweight title against Alexandre Pantoja later on the same card. Rogan responded to the request by telling Aswell they would get him back into the arena.
