Michael Douglas and Catherine Zeta-Jones celebrate joint birthdays

Actors Michael Douglas and Catherine Zeta-Jones recently celebrated their joint birthdays on September 25. Douglas, turning 82, marked the occasion by sharing an excerpt from his upcoming memoir, ‘One Helluva Ride’, which is scheduled for release on October 6. In the post, he recalled his first impression of Zeta-Jones during the filming of ‘The Mask of Zorro’ in 1998.

Zeta-Jones, who turned 57, described her ideal daily routine with Douglas as being ‘historic homebodies’. Their perfect day involves playing Wordle, visiting the gym, taking a power nap, playing golf, and having dinner at home. The couple, who will celebrate 26 years of marriage this November, are now empty nesters as their children, Dylan and Carys, pursue acting careers.
