Michael Kelly joins 'Landman' Season 3 cast
Actor Michael Kelly is joining the cast of the Paramount+ drama 'Landman' as a series regular for its third season. Kelly will portray William Crockett, described as a 'titan of industry' who leads the world's largest oil management firm.
Paramount confirmed the casting news in a press release. The series, which is written and produced by Taylor Sheridan, has seen significant viewership growth; its second season premiere outperformed its first season premiere by 262 percent, earning 9.2 million streaming views within its first two days.
Kelly, known for his roles in 'House of Cards' and 'Lioness', will join an existing cast that includes Billy Bob Thornton. While plot details for Season 3 remain undisclosed, the new character is expected to enter the orbit of Tommy Norris, who recently established his own oil company.
