Michael Lee Homes provides guidance for Minnesota custom homebuilders

Michael Lee Homes, a custom homebuilder based in Woodbury, Minnesota, provides guidance for selecting builders in the East Metro area. President and owner David Frosch emphasizes that clients are choosing a long-term team rather than just a final product.

Key considerations for homeowners include evaluating a builder's experience in specific communities such as Woodbury and Cottage Grove, confirming licensing, and understanding the design-build process. The company, which has been operating in the area since 1983, currently builds in neighborhoods including Waypointe of Woodbury, Hartung Farms, and Mississippi Landing.
