Michael Martens appointed Vice President at nicos GmbH

Michael Martens will assume the role of Vice President Sales Management and Solutions at the Münster-based managed services provider nicos GmbH, effective October 1, 2026. As part of the Xantaro Group, Martens will be responsible for the strategic and operational development of the sales organization.

His primary objectives include expanding direct sales for medium-sized business customers and establishing a robust channel sales network. Additionally, he will drive cross-selling efforts across the entire Xantaro Group product and service portfolio, which covers secure IT infrastructure, networks, cybersecurity, observability, platforms, and applications.

Martina Balewski, Managing Director of nicos GmbH, and Martin Czermin, CEO of Xantaro Group, both welcomed the appointment, noting Martens' technological expertise and experience with complex IT infrastructures.
