Michael Olise potentially to become Jordan Brand ambassador
Following a multimillion-dollar footwear deal with Nike, speculation has emerged that Bayern Munich and French national team star Michael Olise could become the Jordan Brand’s first primary individual football ambassador.
Olise, who previously acted as a high-profile free agent by wearing custom-painted discontinued Nike Hypervenom Phantom III boots, reportedly secured his Nike deal through the promise of leading the Hypervenom series revival scheduled for 2027. This move follows Kylian Mbappé’s transition to the brand On, leaving Nike in search of a creative forward to represent its next generation.
Industry rumors suggest Olise’s off-pitch style and connection to sneaker culture make him a strategic fit for the Jumpman brand. This would follow the precedent set in 2016 when the Neymar Jr x Jordan Hypervenom Phantom II introduced the Jumpman logo to performance football boots.
