Michael Oneal Fleming arrested in Chicago for killings in Seattle and Kenosha

Michael Oneal Fleming, 33, has been arrested in Chicago following a multi-state killing spree involving three deaths in Seattle, Washington, and Kenosha, Wisconsin.

In Seattle, Fleming is accused of shooting and killing 36-year-old gas station clerk Graeme Dobbeck at a 76 station on October 13. Surveillance footage reportedly showed Fleming purchasing a drink before shooting the victim multiple times.

In Kenosha, investigators linked Fleming to the deaths of his mother, 59-year-old Rena Oneal, and her husband, 57-year-old Rodney Brushwood. Police discovered the couple's bodies during a welfare check on October 19, noting they may have been deceased for several days.

Fleming’s twin brother informed detectives that the suspect had recently been acting “erratic, delusional and in some sort of mental health crisis” via text messages. Fleming faces first-degree murder charges in connection with the Seattle shooting and is expected to face additional charges in Wisconsin.
