The enhancement is expected to cost approximately $4,000. Phillips has secured funding through a GoFundMe campaign that raised over $13,000. He intends to use the surplus funds to cover medical expenses, including prescriptions and follow-up appointments.

Phillips stated that the condition has caused daily difficulties, including challenges with bathroom use and personal confidence. While the procedure will not cure the underlying medical condition, he expressed hope that it will improve his quality of life and daily comfort.
