Michael Phillips undergoes medical procedure in North Carolina

Michael Phillips, a 38-year-old American man diagnosed with micropenis, underwent a medical procedure in North Carolina to increase the circumference of his genitalia. The procedure, which was funded through internet donations, involved the application of semi-permanent dermal fillers rather than traditional invasive surgery.

The three-hour intervention utilized local anesthetic creams and injections to manage pain. The primary goal of the treatment was to increase thickness and improve physiological functions. Phillips reported that his condition previously caused significant physical difficulties, including challenges with personal hygiene and urinary control, as the organ would retract into the body when flaccid.

While the immediate results are subject to post-procedure swelling, Phillips expressed that the change has already improved his daily comfort. Medical professionals noted that he may require follow-up sessions within six months to further enhance results or replenish the filler if it is absorbed by the body.
