The procedure, which was funded through internet donations, involved the application of semi-permanent dermal fillers rather than traditional invasive surgery.

The three-hour intervention utilized local anesthetic creams and injections to manage pain. The primary goal of the treatment was to increase thickness and improve physiological functions.
