Former F1 driver Christian Danner appealed to Schumacher’s family, saying fans and the sport would welcome seeing him again, regardless of his condition. Danner told the British site OLBG that “the Formula 1 is prepared for that” and added, “If he were happy and able to return, regardless of circumstances, I think everyone would know how to handle it.”

He referenced rumors that Schumacher is staying in Mallorca, Spain, where the family may have bought a property, but noted that his wife Corinna does not discuss the matter. No new details about Schumacher’s health have been released, and his status remains confidential.
