Michaela Chramov finds musical inspiration in viral duet with horse

Los Angeles-based singer-songwriter Michaela Chramov has gained viral attention for her musical partnership with Jupiter, a seven-year-old horse from Kentucky. The connection began in 2023 while Chramov was volunteering at a horse shelter in Murpark, California.

Initially, Jupiter was described as stubborn and aggressive toward humans. However, after nine months of patient interaction, Chramov used music as a tool to build trust. The bond was solidified when the horse began interacting with her instruments, such as biting guitar strings to change chords or engaging while she played the harp.

This unique relationship has inspired Chramov to prepare her first personal album, which is expected to release in September. The upcoming project will incorporate folk, electronic music, and Portuguese influences, featuring the horse’s unique musical contributions.
