Michalis Lountzis signs two-year deal with Maroussi BC

Maroussi BC has officially announced the signing of Michalis Lountzis to a two-year contract. The 28-year-old, 1.98m tall point guard joins the club following a difficult period with Panionios, where he suffered a serious ACL injury in November 2025.

Lountzis has an extensive professional background, having played for several notable Greek clubs including Panathinaikos, Trikala, Lavrio, Promitheas Patras, and Olympiacos. During his tenure with Olympiacos, he appeared in 128 games, including 47 Euroleague appearances.
