Michel Teló manages 14,000-hectare agribusiness in Mato Grosso do Sul
Brazilian singer Michel Teló manages a 14,000-hectare farm in Mato Grosso do Sul, focusing on cattle ranching and the cultivation of soy and corn. The enterprise is a family business operated in partnership with his father, Aldo Teló, and his brother, Teo Teló.
The farm utilizes an integrated crop-livestock system. While the 2023/2024 harvest faced financial losses due to drought and lack of rainfall, the family has announced plans to expand soybean cultivation from 200 to 400 hectares in 2024 to continue diversifying their rural activities.
Beyond commercial production, the property serves as a leisure retreat for Teló, his wife Thais Fersoza, and their children. The estate includes amenities such as ponds, horseback riding areas, and a treehouse.
