Michele Pirro returns to racing at Misano after shoulder surgery

Italian motorcycle racer Michele Pirro has returned to the track at Misano following a significant injury and subsequent surgery. Fifty-one days ago, Pirro underwent a delicate tendon transplant on his left shoulder performed by Professor Porcellini's team.

Testing on a Ducati V4 with the Garage 51 Racing Team powered by DTO, Pirro completed approximately 20 laps. He reported that the session provided positive feedback regarding his physical recovery and ability to regain his racing instincts.

Following this successful test, Pirro's upcoming schedule includes official Ducati MotoGP tests and a potential appearance at the penultimate round of the CIV SBK in Cremona.
