Michelin announces new Bib Gourmand recipients in the Netherlands
Michelin has announced 10 new Bib Gourmand recipients in the Netherlands for 2026, ahead of the official Michelin Guide Netherlands ceremony scheduled for October 5 in Maastricht. The Bib Gourmand distinction recognizes establishments that provide high-quality dining at a good value.
In Amsterdam, the new honorees include Fulu Mandarijn, specializing in Sichuan cuisine; Utage Sake Bar, known for Asian-inspired dishes; and Boon & De Koot, a vegetable-focused bistro. Other notable additions include Bistro Toost in Amstelveen, Wijn Boer in Zwolle, Ramen Kitanoya in The Hague, and Brasserie Brui.
In anticipation of the upcoming awards, the TIPPR Michelin Intelligence Model has analyzed historical data and reviews to identify potential candidates for a third Michelin star. According to this research, four two-star restaurants—Create by Guido Braeken, Flore, Restaurant 212, and Fred—have been identified as notable contenders for promotion.
