MICHELIN Guide Netherlands announces 2026 star selections
The 2026 MICHELIN Guide Netherlands selection has been unveiled at MECC Maastricht, featuring 499 restaurants, including 119 with at least one star. The new selection highlights the country's growing status as a dynamic gastronomic destination.
Notable achievements in this year's guide include Azurite in Delft and SUIS, both of which were awarded two MICHELIN stars. De Librije in Zwolle retains its prestigious three-star rating, continuing the culinary legacy of Jonnie Boer.
While Michelin-starred dining is often associated with high costs, some establishments offer more accessible options. For instance, Choux in Amsterdam provides a three-course theater menu for €52.50, focusing on vegetable and fruit-based cuisine in an industrial setting.
