Michelin Guide to expand coverage across all of Turkey

The Michelin Guide has announced that it will cover the entire culinary landscape of Turkey for the first time. This expansion aims to highlight the country's diverse regional flavors, local cuisines, and the evolution of its modern restaurant industry.

The national selection for 2027 is scheduled to be presented on December 3 in Istanbul. The ceremony will take place at Divan Kuruçeşme and will include the presentation of the national selection along with special awards for outstanding hospitality professionals and culinary talents.

Since its initial arrival in Istanbul in 2022, the Michelin Guide has gradually expanded its coverage to include Izmir, Muğla, and Cappadocia. This new phase marks a significant step in increasing Turkey's international visibility as a major destination on the global gastronomic map.
