Michelin releases docuseries marking end of MotoGP era

Michelin is releasing a six-part docuseries, ‘Racing on Trust – A Decade of Michelin in MotoGP’, to mark the end of its tenure as the official tyre supplier for the premier motorcycle racing class. The series covers the manufacturer's involvement in the championship since its return in 2016.

The documentary features interviews with 25 prominent figures, including riders Valentino Rossi, Marc Márquez, Francesco Bagnaia, Jorge Martín, and Fabio Quartararo, as well as team managers and journalists. The episodes explore technical developments, rider feedback, and personal experiences, such as Márquez’s recovery from injury and Rossi’s career conclusion.

Following the conclusion of the current season, Michelin will transition from MotoGP to become the sole tyre provider for WorldSBK, replacing Pirelli. Meanwhile, Pirelli is set to take over as the supplier for MotoGP.
