Michelin-starred chefs to host charity dinner in El Salvador

Five Michelin-starred chefs—Carlos Maldonado, Víctor Martín, Luis Veira, Sergio Manzano, and international gastronomic coordinator Óscar Molina Ruiz—will participate in the ‘Estrellas por el Mundo’ charity dinner in Surf City, El Salvador, on December 3.

The event aims to raise funds for the Hogar del Niño San Vicente de Paúl. Tourism Minister Morena Valdez noted that the initiative connects gastronomy, tourism, and solidarity. The event is supported by CONAPINA and the Office of the First Lady, with Iberia serving as a sponsor to strengthen ties between El Salvador and Europe.
