Michi expands Prestige Series with P430 and S430 audio components
Michi, a high-end brand under Rotel, has expanded its Prestige Series with the introduction of the P430 Pre-amplifier and the S430 Stereo Power Amplifier. These new components provide a dedicated pre/power separation option to complement the existing X430 Integrated Amplifier and Q430 CD Player.
The P430 Pre-amplifier features an ESS SABRE ES9028PRO 8-channel DAC and is designed to handle various sources, including turntables, digital libraries, and Bluetooth. It includes balanced XLR and RCA outputs, dual mono subwoofer outputs, and a 6.35mm headphone connection. The unit utilizes a custom power-supply architecture and dedicated signal paths to maintain signal integrity.
The S430 Stereo Power Amplifier delivers 230 Watts per channel into 8 Ohms and 390 Watts per channel into 4 Ohms. Its design includes an in-house manufactured toroidal transformer, bulk-storage capacitors, and multi-stage push-pull output transistors. The amplifier is equipped with a front-panel TFT display featuring selectable VU and spectrum meter views.
Both components are priced at approximately $3,999, €3,999, or £3,599, with availability starting in September 2026.
