Michigan State University announces Meet the Spartans fan event

Michigan State University has announced the “Meet the Spartans” event, scheduled for Wednesday, Aug. 26, at Spartan Stadium. The free fan event will feature head coach Pat Fitzgerald for photos and players providing autographs from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m. Additional activities include field photos, appearances by the dance and cheer teams, and various fan activations.

As the team prepares for the 2026 season, Michigan State is undergoing significant roster changes, with 62 of the 111 players being new to the program. During fall camp, players such as tight end Jayden Savoury and freshman linebacker Adam Shaw have emerged as notable performers under the new coaching staff.
