Michigan Tech to induct 10 members into Sports Hall of Fame

Michigan Tech has announced that ten individuals will be inducted into the Michigan Tech Sports Hall of Fame during a ceremony on October 16.

The class of 2026 features a diverse group of former student-athletes, including hockey players Colin Murphy, Darcy Way, and Wayne Weller; football players Andy Bonk and Mike Horan; basketball players Lucy (Dernovsek) Slowik and Jason Marcotte; volleyball player Sarah (Nash) Hurley; endurance athlete Deedra Irwin; and Scott Kieser, who competed in both football and basketball.
