Mick Jagger details high-intensity fitness routine at age 83

Rolling Stones frontman Mick Jagger has shared the rigorous physical training regimen that allows him to maintain high energy levels during two-hour concerts at age 83. According to interviews with Q Magazine, the singer trains five to six days per week, focusing heavily on aerobic endurance.

His routine includes running up to 12 kilometers, which he occasionally replaces with swimming, cycling, or kickboxing depending on his schedule or weather conditions. To maintain agility and balance for his stage choreography, Jagger incorporates classical ballet, yoga, and Pilates into his training. This program was long supervised by Norwegian trainer Torje Eike, who applied methods used for Olympic athletes.

In addition to intense cardio and mobility work, Jagger follows a disciplined diet. He prioritizes organic products, fruits, vegetables, legumes, and lean proteins such as chicken and fish, while avoiding red meat and ultra-processed foods.
